Having lived in the lower mainland for over 40 years Frances has a full understanding of the local communities and the real estate marketplace. She uses that experience and knowledge to listen, determine your needs, walk you through step by step and make sure you are comfortable with the home buying or selling process. Before choosing real estate as her full time career, Frances was in retail management where she learned the importance of customer service, time management, marketing and merchandise display. All skills that prepared her for the realtor she is today. Frances is very detailed oriented and has a sharp eye to assist you in preparing your home for sale to fetch top dollars and to assist you in picking the best properties when searching for your next home or investment.
Alongside real estate, Frances’ life includes her wonderful husband, Rob, with whom she share life’s adventures. One of her favorite things is to spend quality time with family and friends over delicious meals or taking part in a fun activity like zip lining. Other passions include exercising her mind and body through Karate, taking long walks along our scenic beaches and shorelines, travelling to new places, being an avid sports fan, as well as supporting her favorite charities, Canuck Place and the Children’s Miracle Network.
